The invitation in this weekend workshop, is to explore and dance the shadows map of the 5Rhythms. In Flowing, we meet our inertia and transform the resistance into fluid motion. In Staccato, we transform tension into clear action. In Chaos, we embrace uncertainty and overwhelm by practising our ability to let go and surrender. In Lyrical, we move from a spaced out, disconnected state into a connected and soulful place and in Stillness, we meet numbness and transform it into presence and aliveness.
